Isochronic tones are a new form of brainwave entrainment used to achieve different states of mind as you would through meditation.

I originally made these for myself as the ones I had heard previously were a little bit hard to listen to. Thinking that others might find some use for them too I have uploaded them here and on my soundcloud page. soundcloud.com/celsey.

If these help people that's great. I can't garuntee they will work for you but you can stream for free first before you decide if you want to purchase. If you do buy, feel free to come back and download any further tones I upload here for nothing extra.

I have found that listening to the higher frequencies while exercising have been good and while relaxing after work at home the 8Hz one is good for clearheadedness, creativity and focus, and for deep meditation or sleep, the 4Hz one is good. There are more info on each frequency when you click through on each separate track.

The closer your brain is to this frequency the quicker you will sync with it. You can listen to this with or without headphones although I usually find it's more effective with.
